[Evergreen-catalogers] Launchpad bug: Select All to Add to Baskets

Thanks, everyone!  The heat on this went from 18 to 64, which doesn't mean
anything is going to just magically happen, but it can't hurt!  Compared to
so much of the development we work on, one way or another, this one just
seems straightforward and really useful!
