[Evergreen-catalogers] Odd MARC view display in fields with second indicators

We started noticing it at my library today.  I assumed it was something odd
that was just happening in the Evergreen Indiana consortium (which, I
believe, is currently using 3.2), but apparently it's more widespread than
that.
