[Evergreen-catalogers] Odd MARC view display in fields with second indicators

The aforementioned Chris is Chris Sharp here at PINES.

+1 to wondering if this is a browser thing. Seems awfully suspicious that
so many different sites are seeing the same behavior all starting at about
the same time. We had a ticket opened here for the same issue today that I
initially thought was just isolated weirdness, but from the other reports
here apparently not.
