[Evergreen-catalogers] Odd MARC view display in fields with second indicators

Hi Elaine,
The long fields in the MARC edit display always were on two lines, one line
with the MARC tag and the subfield delimiter and code and the next line for
the long field. That is not the problem we have. The new problem is the
MARC view display where the second indicator is on a separate line all by
itself and the MARC tag, first indicator, and delimiter, subfield code, and
field text is on the second line. The length of the field doesn't matter,
it's happening with the 264_4 and 6xx fields which are very short.
Here you can see that the 264 _4 field has the second indicator '4' on a
separate line and this is an very short field, but the 520 field which has
no second indicator has the field on the line directly below the 505 field.
The 610 subject also has the second indicator on a separate line even
though the subject is only three words.
