[Evergreen-catalogers] auto-generate barcodes

Hello, Our cataloger was again trying to start using the web client for
cataloging, and ran into problems with the autogenerate barcodes feature.
I figured out the bit about having to press enter to trigger the
auto-generation, but it seems like there may be another problem with the
autogeneration not working like the XUL client.
We add on-order copies so customers can place holds for items that haven't
arrived. So when the actual items arrive, the existing items already have
temporary barcodes.
In the xul client, the auto-generate barcodes button would overwrite the
temporary barcodes that already existed.
But the web client seems to have some logic that says, once enter is
pressed for the first barcode, only autogenerate barcodes for those that
don't already have some contents.
Has anyone else noticed this? I just wanted to check with you all before I
filed a bug report.
