[Evergreen-catalogers] Vandelay/MARC import bugfixes for Feedback Fest

Hi,

The test server https://festivus.evergreencatalog.com/eg/staff (login
admin/demo123) has several cataloging bugfixes ready for testing, most of
them concerned with Vandelay:

error processing 755 source
* https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1842763 Vandelay: cannot
overlay a specified matched record
* https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1843837 vandelay: record not
appear selected after a merge target is selected
* https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1839562 Record Match Sets -
Replace Mode Missing
* https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1890351 Angular Vandelay:
re-selecting a value in queue type combobox removes all the entries from
the grid
