[Evergreen-catalogers] Feedback Fest Update

It's been a great Feedback Fest so far with 27 patches and features signed
off, many more tested, and 29 new code changes / updates submitted!

There are currently 24 patches & features loaded up and ready to test on
the various test servers - if you can spare a few minutes, your testing
could help get some of these included in Evergreen 3.6.
