[Evergreen-catalogers] Sort by publication date in 3.6 staff catalog

Hi Bin,
You can still search by specific publication year, before or after a year,
or a range of years using advanced search. Although, I found that in 3.6.1
when you select 'between' there is no second box to enter the range. I
don't see a bug on this, so I can create one.

I was talking about sorting a list of search results. You can sort by
relevance, author, title, popularity, or date newest to oldest or oldest to
newest.
