[Evergreen-catalogers] Item templates

Elaine, I just realized I posted the wrong bug link, here is the one that I
filed.

It looks like the current code that migrates XUL copy templates doesn't
migrate out any copy template entries with a value of "<HACK:KLUDGE:NULL>"

So hopefully that won't be an issue going forward.
