[Evergreen-catalogers] New bug for Holdings View user interface

At Chris Sharp's suggestion, I  created the new bug, LP# 1864236
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1864236>, Usability improvements
to Holdings View grid.
