[Evergreen-catalogers] Record IDs to record bucket?

Thanks! I would appreciate it. I’ve gone back to XUL where the function of
adding to a record bucket from Item Status still exists (we’re still on 3.1
until we get all our libraries trained in the web client), but a SQL query
might streamline the process.
