[Evergreen-catalogers] Help with importing items and not keeping holdings field (945 or 949)

[Kate Coleman]

This interests me, as we load with a 949 and then depend on catalogers to
remove that field after uploading. It would be nice for it to successfully
upload the holdings but not keep the field itself.
