[Evergreen-catalogers] Batch editing the 008

I've tested an export, but it was a CSV file, so I had no issues doing it
that way. I had to change the file extension to .mrc, but it took the
change just fine and loaded into MarcEdit. Thanks for the advice. I'll just
try to export and import back in. Anything's faster than having to go in
one by one and change the bibs!
