[Evergreen-catalogers] Catalog preferences in Angular

I do hope the checkbox for Exclude Electronic Resources is going to stay.
It’s absolutely essential when working with the magazines!  It’s an incredible waste of time to scroll through record after record of “1 Online Resource” for each individual issue of any title.

I remember this discussion, but it seems like this bug was just about the option of even HAVING the checkbox, not about whether it was sticky or not. Because we have 3.6.3 and it's definitely not sticky.

The interesting thing is that it has been fixed and released for 3.7.  There is no mention of the change in the 3.7 release notes but I verified the fix this morning in 3.7.
This bug is now marked "Won't Fix" for version 3.6

I wonder if we want to create a new regression bug to ask if the fix can be applied to 3.6.

Diane had mentioned that the Exclude Electronic Resources option was not sticky and that the developers were aware of the issue. However, I could not find a link to that bug anywhere. If I find it, I would definitely like to put heat on it.

We just upgraded to 3.6.3 and I'm wondering if I'm missing something. Am I doing something wrong or is this feature not sticky? I expand the preference menu and choose my preference, but it doesn't stay. Is everyone having this outcome? I want my search results to be 100 and I want my Exclude Electronic Resources box to be available, but I have to change this preference at every single search.

I tried to see if there was a bug, but while there was a bug about the expansion of the menu, nothing specific to the preferences being sticky.
