[Evergreen-catalogers] Angular holdings and item attributes editor merged

Hi,

As an FYI, I have merged the Angular holdings and item attributes editor (
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1888723) into Evergreen's main
branch for inclusion in 3.8.

At the moment, I know of one (mostly) cosmetic issue with it, for which
I've opened bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1940010. There is
a fair amount of time between now and the next Bug Squashing Week, so now
is the time to continue to test and exercise the new interface.

My thanks to Bill and to each and every one of the members of the Evergreen
cataloging community who have given feedback.
