[Evergreen-catalogers] [External] Basket to bucket and batch edit

Thanks for the suggestions! I knew there would be good ideas out there. I
ended up going through the bucket one title at a time and editing the item
info as needed. I'll try these other ideas the next time I'm working with
a bunch of items I don't have in hand.
