[Evergreen-catalogers] Option to temporarily expand columns in holdings interface

Galen,

Thanks -- I have been asking for being able to resize columns as needed in
the holdings editor since it went away with the web client, so got excited
and thought that was what this meant. While being able to resize through
column choices is good, being able to drag columns larger as needed is
better. One of the helpful functions in XUL that didn't make the transition
to the web client....
