[Evergreen-catalogers] Angular staff catalog issues

I know it's late, but something that came up a couple of times during the
conference (and is an issue here) is the Angular staff catalog and its
usability for catalogers and other staff.

Here are four bugs related to this that seem to be stalled:

   - No "show more details":

A more general issue is that staff need an easier way to view the full
record, not the MARC record, in a useful way with labels (Author, Title,
Description) rather than tags, showing all the fields we display, with all
the indexed fields as functional links.  This is equally important for
catalogers trying to determine if they want to add an item to the record or
public service staff trying to determine if they want to add a hold (or add
this record to a bucket or carousel or whatever.)
