[Evergreen-catalogers] Digital bookplates and Angular

[Kate Coleman]

We're on 3.6.3 and there is no call number info in the Patron View, even
though the whole header is there where is should be? I've scoured for a LP
bug, but don't see one. Wanted to confirm that I wasn't crazy before I
place one, or confirm that other people find it incongruous.
