[Evergreen-catalogers] Digital bookplates and Angular

On 3.7 we've found that the columns in the Patron View switch between  
the columns from the traditional catalogue and the OPAC (ie.  
circulation modifier shows in the traditional catalogue but not in the  
OPAC).

We've also found that the scope of the patron view doesn't always  
match the scope of the search so sometimes the item information for  
the library you want will appear, sometimes the item information for  
another library (or libraries) will appear, and sometimes no item  
information will appear in Patron View.

So far we haven't found a way to reliably replicate either issue.

Both issues are on my list to report to launchpad.
