[Evergreen-catalogers] Adding diacritics in the web cilent

Hi,
Diacritics are the accent marks over letters seen mostly in foreign
languages, sometimes in English, for example to distinguish reĢsume (for
job applications) from resume (to continue on).
Because they can't be added with an ordinary keyboard when cataloging in
OCLC there's a character map where you can insert the diacritic over the
letter.
