[Evergreen-catalogers] Adding diacritics in the web cilent

I don't know if any of you are using Mac computers or not, but we have Macs and all I have to do is press and hold the letter affected and it gives me the accents above it. Then I can choose the right one. 

So if I hold down the "a", it gives me à á â ä æ ã å ā as choices to choose. The chrome extension sounds awesome for Windows machines tho'. :)

Just to throw another option in the mix - Chrome extensions.

This particular chrome extension is easy to use and if you go to the options, you can define which characters are presented in the grid.

I often overlay like Elaine, but I also keep the Windows character map pinned to my toolbar and use it for quick copy and pasting of diacritics, and more frequently, ©.

I never used the diacritic entry in XUL. I am lazy and just overlay the record to get them corrected.

Is there a way to add diacritics in the web client other than copy and paste? One of our libraries has sent us 11 records where Spanish language diacritics are either missing or wrong. Multiple diacritics in each record .I remember there was a command in xul that opened that table like in OCLC. Thought I'd ask before I make a document I can copy from.
