[Evergreen-catalogers] should we spend money on authority control?

Kate and others,
I agree. We are continuing to do authority work through a vendor and I do
like to think that our database is better for it. However, I would love to
see development that allows the See instead and See also references to be
in the catalog display rather than just the browse display that most don't
use. We would be willing to co-sponsor (in a small way) if someone wants to
spear-head the development project.
