[Evergreen-catalogers] Serials Bug- 1906462

Hello

Just wanted to share a bug pertaining to serials- https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1906462, where in the Quick Receive option is missing from the serials drop down when looking at a bibliographic record in the Angular catalog.  It's causing a lot of extra steps for our libraries and we were hoping to get some heat on it.
