Well, Halloween is over but bug squashing never stops! Some updates:

   - 10 patches got tested and signed off on yesterday (woo hoo!)
   - There are two test servers loaded up with more things to test at

   - Galen will be guiding us through a session on Release Cutting for

   - Evergreen 3.10 looks like it's going to be a solid update with a lot

   - Bill's work on Angularizing the patron & circ interfaces will be
   included as an optional 'experimental' interface in 3.10. Having this code
   allows some other features to use some of his underlying improvements and
   also makes it easier for others to contribute to fixing the remaining
