[Evergreen-catalogers] Request for testing

Thanks, Elaine! I will say that when I reviewed the list of stat cats that
our libraries have already created and set to visible, some of them don't
look like they are *really* meant to be OPAC-visible. Of course, it hasn't
mattered until now because the bug has been around for so many years!

But, when we upgrade we're going to need to have our libraries verify which
ones they do actually want to be visible.
