[Evergreen-catalogers] Cataloging topics for EIOC 2024

We do sessions here called "Meet Me at the Corner of Cat and Circ" for the
designated heads of cataloging and circulation, where we go over how circ
policies are set up, what data we can use to set them up (circ modifiers,
shelving locations, etc.), how billing works, what determines whether an
item travels to fill holds (age hold protection), how parts affect holds,
etc. Circulation policies rely on consistent cataloging, so both groups
need to understand how things are set up and how to troubleshoot problems
like "lately some of our DVD sets are going out for 28 days instead of 14
days..."

We've had a lot of staff turnover in our libraries plus three libraries in
temporary locations during building projects, and these sessions have
really helped with communication and coordination!
