[Evergreen-catalogers] Migration from Old Library System to Evergreen ILS

Hi Ariez,

To import holdings from MARC Batch Import / Export, you'll need to ensure
the holdings data is recorded in a MARC field and then tell Evergreen which
fields & subfields that data is in.
