[Evergreen-catalogers] Bug Squashing Week Starts Now!

I see a list of bugs listed as ready to test for Mobius, but I'm having
trouble there. Catalog searching is hanging; it won't let me add a provider
or a fund with the admin user. Am I doing something wrong?
