[Evergreen-catalogers] Image uploader

Just wanted to add that there was a bug with the Cover Image Uploader:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1988321

The fix was released in 3.9.2 and 3.10.1, so this may or may not be the
cause of the issues described in this thread.
