[Evergreen-catalogers] Item Notes

If the notes are OPAC visible, they can be viewed in the OPAC under the
copy info. Otherwise the holdings editor and Add/manage notes in holdings
view are the only place to see them.
They are reportable so you can run a report for them.
We have requested for some time the ability to see nonOPAC visible copy
notes in other screens.
