[Evergreen-catalogers] Editing Item Notes - needs testing!

I tested this. I can edit a note (Happy dance!!) but cannot edit multiple
notes at the same time. I am inclined to sign off on the fix unless others
think it should edit multiple notes (also adding this to the launchpad
ticket)
