[Evergreen-catalogers] call number attributes in the holdings templates editor

Hi all,

As discussed during today's meeting, here are my screenshots showing that
call numbers, prefixes, and suffixes are can be included in the standalone
Holdings Templates Editor (Administration > Local Administration) in 3.7.4
when the "Allow Call Number attributes in Item Templates" is checked in the
Defaults:

And what I see on our development server, which currently runs 3.10.3:
