[Evergreen-catalogers] enhanced MARC editor in Evergreen 3.13

One thing I've noticed (I use chrome if this makes a difference) is if i
use CTRL+D to add a subfield while caps lock is on, It makes a bookmark in
my browser instead of adding a subfield. Is that supposed to happen?
