You do have to set up the call number files in Evergreen and Word every time but those processes are fairly easy.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>While I have not included instructions to do so, I believe you can adapt the directions to print a partial sheet of labels so as not to waste previously used sheets with remaining labels.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I have been unable to discover a way to use mail merge to print spine/pocket label combinations and am now looking into MS Access. I have made some progress but have not been able to get the spine label portion to format correctly. I can’t get the call numbers to wrap on spaces so that REF 636.8 Crazy formats on three separate lines.
