The Evergreen International Conference Selection Committee is pleased to announce the 2014 Conference will be held in Boston, Massachusetts. The committee unanimously selected the proposal submitted jointly by Massachusetts Library Network and Connecticut’s Bibliomation to co-host the conference. The selection committee was composed of Ben Hyman (British Columbia), Grace Dunbar (Equinox), Rogan Hamby (South Carolina), Lori Bowen Ayre (The Galecia Group) and chaired by Jim Corridan( Indiana).<br>
<br>Both Kathy Lussier and Amy Terlaga will co-chair the conference’s planning. Boston is the cultural, technological and educational center of New England, which is the site of many current and future Evergreen libraries and consortia. Home of the first publicly-supported municipal library system, Boston and its surrounding areas offer many top-notch conference facilities, as well as a variety of pubs and restaurants, cultural venues, and historic landmarks to make conference after-hours an enjoyable experience for all attendees.<br>
