Yes, you can ignore $4 and $e in the name heading to make a
match in the<br>
authority record. The authority link would be for that
name, not for their<br>
relator term or code. Very common in DVD items to have a
name in one MARC<br>
record with different relator codes or terms than in another
MARC record<br>
depending upon the person's role in that film.<br>
