    I don't know if you have access to edit your Template Toolkit files,
    but you could make this change by editing the file in
    parts/record/summary.tt2. There is a bit at towards the top of the
    file that looks like:<br>

      [%- INCLUDE "opac/parts/record/authors.tt2" %]<br>
    <br>
    which is what places those entries under the title.<br>
    <br>
    The bit towards the bottom that says:<br>
    <br>
    [%- INCLUDE "opac/parts/record/subjects.tt2" %]<br>
    <br>
    is what controls where the 600 fields display.<br>
