<b>Bug</b> - Provider Filter Should Have a Contains Option<br>

<b>Description of Bug</b><br>
Provider filter in the acq interfaces needs to be smarter. A
critical part with long lists is that there should be a case
insensitive contains string option. We would like to see better
filtering in the Funds admin interface too.<br>

<b>Desired Resolution / Fix</b><br>
Better filtering options in the Acquisitions interfaces
(Particularly Providers and Funds admin). In addition to it being
case insensitive, it would be great if the 'contains' option
didn't require the use of wildcard (%) to find the string.<br>

<b>2. Acquisitions specific List Serve request has been submitted
via the open-ils-general list</b><br>
<br>
During the Acquisitions Interest Group meeting at the Evergreen
Conference this month the group discussed the need for an
Acquisitions specific listserv to facilitate AIG activity. We are
anticipating an increased amount of Acquisitions specific
discussions during the Angularization of the Acquisitions module
in the web client. <br>
