If you're using it in 3.1 then it means something got fixed. That's good news. Being able to save from completed copies without having to move all back to working copies will be good news.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif">Now one more question on this. In 3.0.7 when I close the bib record the copies that are "stored" in the "completed copies" tab go away, are no longer there if I open it again. "Storing" is not permanently storing, only allowing you to move multiple copies between working and completed in order to apply selected templates. Today I found that if I have 6 copies in the completed copies tab and move<br>
2 to the working copies tab, when I use "save & exit" on those 2, all 6 of<br>
the copies were "saved". All 6 copies were then attached to the bib record.<br>
I did this twice with the same result. On Friday I'll be working with two<br>
libraries that do centralized cataloging, one with eight branches. Not sure<br>
how I can explain this to them.<br>

I agree with Tina that the "Completed Copies" tab makes sense in the<br>
context of the workflow she describes. In this sense, "completed"<br>
indicates that the copy is done and ready to be saved.<br>

I am not clear on why it is not possible to "Save and Exit" from the<br>
"Completed Copies" tab, though, as long as there are not copies on the<br>
"Working Copies" tab.<br>

While I'm not sure what workflow would result in this occurrence, I can<br>
imagine it happening inadvertently during the transition to the Web client<br>
and I think it could be confusing to staff who are trying to save newly<br>
added copies.<br>

I get the concept of storing copies to work on later. I just think the<br>

label is misleading.<br>
