In addition to the 945 and 852 fields the records also have the $0 added to headings as these were records we owned and they are coming back with the authority linking subfields which will no longer be linked as the bib numbers are changing. So, I need to remove those subfields too. It looks like MARCedit can do all this and I can load the "edited" overlays as time permits. I will probably strip out the 852 fields when loading, as there are 852 fields for other libraries becaise the records were in a shared database. I forgot to tell the company that did the data conversion to strip out the 852 fields. I wasn't expecting to have so many non-matches, it's only been nine months since this library left us only to return this spring. Apparently they were the only college to have 40% of the records and our system automatically deleted records with no holdings.

Thanks to all who offered suggestions.
I'm not seeing a checkbox for keep either. (I'm looking at the
angularized Holdings Import Profile in 3.3 and 3.5) I see a reference
to it in the 2.12 docs but it disappears in the 3.0 docs so maybe the
feature didn't come over to the web client?

You might be able to set the 945 as one the fields that is removed
automatically in MARC Import Remove Fields (Administration -> Server
Administration -> MARC Import Remove Fields). I don't know if the
import process removes the fields before loading holdings or not.

MARC Import Remove Fields is one of the admin pages missing the link
to its secondary page in the newer angular interfaces
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1847781 and
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1847800) If you're running
3.3 or newer you may be able to get around this by changing the url
from
yourlibrary/eg2/en-US/staff/admin/server/vandelay/import_bib_trash_group to
yourlibrary/eg/staff/admin/server/vandelay/import_bib_trash_group and
accessing the older interface.

Hope this helps,
