<p class="MsoNormal">We’ve been experiencing some issues with holds placed via the Group Formats and Editions/Metarecord holds. Basically, we’re seeing that items are being grouped when they shouldn’t be. For instance, someone placed a hold on a title by
Steven King, but an author Thomas King was also in that grouping. We’re also seeing libraries Museum Passes being grouped together when they shouldn’t be. We’d love to learn more about tweaks and adjustments consortia have made to improve their fingerprints,
so their groupings are more accurate. <o:p></o:p></p>
