Hmm…. Did it give more or less or just all different stuff.   That’s an interesting problem to ponder.

It is strange but the Item Status report doesn’t give the same results as the Transit List in the Admin tab. The Item Status report doesn’t contain all of the listings that the Transit List does. I don’t know why that is.

I find the to and from lists very tedious and prefer an Items status report set for anything older than 3 weeks.   We do this twice a month and have different people search.

I try to do ours weekly.  Through a lengthy process, I download both the "to" and "from" lists to Excel so that we can sort by location and search for both lists at the same time.  It is easier than going back and forth between 2 separate lists.

How do you use the Transit List report in the Admin tab? We at Missouri Evergreen are trying to come up with a procedure for member libraries to regularly check that report and report lost in transit items to the state courier company.
