Corrections to IDL entries in classes "erfcc", "rccc", "rccbs",
"iatc", and "rodcirc":

1. Changed several datatypes to "link" to reflect linkages in the
<links> aggregate.

2. In "iatc": added a <link> element for field "prev_hop".
