commit e1a555e3d1d1c2a079a0fd6294e8d1fafa3f8818
Author: Dan Scott <dscott at laurentian.ca>
Date: Mon Sep 5 21:34:20 2016 -0400

    SIP manual testing formatting cleanup

The extra ** in the sample SIP lines was distracting. Also, it wasn't clear
which password to use when $password was used twice, so disambiguate it to
    identify user vs. SIP password.
