[Evergreen-dev] 3.6-rc available

Hi,

The release candidate for 3.6 is now available for download. Please test
and report any blocking bugs.

I've created LP milestones for both 3.6.0 and 3.6.1, with the notion that
3.6.0 should be reserved for targeting bugfixes that are absolutely
necessary for the general release.
