[Evergreen-dev] 3.7-rc and 3.7.0 schedule

Hi,

On behalf of the release team, we're planning the following schedule over
the next few days

- Monday, 4/12 - cut 3.7-rc, with rel_3_7 to be frozen Monday morning.
- Tuesday, 4/13 - general testing. Ideally, only release-critical bugfixes
would be pushed to rel_3_7.
- Wednesday, 4/14 - release of 3.7.0.

I'd like to request the following help:

- edits to the release notes
- testers of the 3.7-beta and 3.7-rc, including both fresh installs and
upgrades from 3.6.2.
- from committers: particularly tomorrow and/or over the weekend, testing
and pushing of fixes for release-critical bugs

If you are in a position to help early next week, particularly with release
testing, please let me know.
