[Evergreen-dev] Committers: Angular Staff Catalog fixes with signoffs

Attention Committers!! There are a handful of really nice fixes for the
Angular catalog that have signoffs:

catalog: Holdings view column picker missing OPAC visible

If you're looking for some signed off patches to focus on, it would be
great to get these in for the next release.

will mean a huge improvement in the usability of the angular catalog!
