[Evergreen-dev] Angular request serialization

Hi All,

I stumbled on a handy (and tidy) mechanism for processing batches of items
in Angular in a way that avoids the "blast of parallel requests" issue
that's been dogging us lately  (e.g.
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1896285).
