[Evergreen-dev] Evergreen Monthly Maintenance Releases Postponed

Hello, all.

Given that Wednesday, the 17th of March is in the middle of bug
squashing week, the release has opted to postpone the monthly point
release of Evergreen for 1 week to Wednesday, the 24th of March.

This, of course, allows to include all of the latest patches tested
during bug squashing.
